I had been holding off on deciding about racing Spenco Olympic on Sunday until the end of this week when I had to chance to take off / change bandages in order to assess things. We took off the bandages this evening. I won't be doing Spenco. What we found underneath wasn't so good.

Hopefully I'll still be able to take a spin sometime this weekend just to shake my legs a bit.

I continually consider myself fortunate to have someone wonderful in my life who puts up with me at my worst.

Roger is doing the duathlon and I'm secretly dreading it because it sounds hopelessly disorganized. This race director doesn't really seem on the ball.
